Our appraisal reports meet the requirements of insurance companies, estate planners, banks, attorneys, and various institutions and are prepared in compliance with USPAP (The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). USPAP is a federally recognized set of appraisal standards developed by The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation, (TAF).
